Erasmus+Projekt-Update LBTQI Women Active

Am 15. April kamen die Partner*innen des LBTQI Women Active +Projekts zu einem produktiven Online-Treffen zusammen. Wir haben die während der EGLSF AGA im März in Rotterdam durchgeführten Workshops besprochen und Reflexionen, wichtige Erkenntnisse und Ideen geteilt, um zukünftige Aktivitäten zu stärken. Wir haben außerdem die Logistik und Vorbereitungen für unser bevorstehendes persönliches Treffen im Juni in Sofia, Bulgarien, besprochen.

Spannende Pläne nehmen Gestalt an, während wir weiterhin Zusammenarbeit und Wirkung in unserer Partnerschaft aufbauen. Schließlich haben wir uns auf die nächsten Projektmeilensteine konzentriert, einschließlich der für Juni und September Ergebnisse, um sicherzustellen, dass wir auf Kurs bleiben und weiterhin die Teilnahme von FLINTA* an Sport und körperlicher Aktivität unterstützen.

📣 Mise à jour du projet : LBTQI Women Active 💪🌈

Le 15 avril, les partenaires du projet LBTQI Women Active se sont réunis en ligne pour une réunion productive. Nous avons passé en r***e les ateliers organisés dans le cadre de l’AGA de l’EGLSF à Rotterdam en mars, en partageant nos retours, les principaux apprentissages et des idées pour renforcer les activités futures. 🧠✨

Nous avons également fait le point sur la logistique et la préparation de notre prochaine réunion en présentiel à Sofia, en Bulgarie, prévue en juin. Des projets enthousiasmants prennent forme alors que nous continuons à renforcer la collaboration et l’impact de notre partenariat. 📍🤝

Enfin, nous nous sommes accordé·e·s sur les prochaines étapes du projet, notamment les livrables attendus en juin et en septembre, afin de rester sur la bonne voie et de continuer à soutenir la participation des femmes LBTQI dans le sport et l’activité physique. 🗓️⚽🏃‍♀️

📣 Project Update: LBTQI Women Active 💪🌈

On 15 April, partners in the LBTQI Women Active project came together for a productive online meeting. We reviewed the workshops delivered during the EGLSF AGA in Rotterdam in March, sharing reflections, key learnings, and ideas to strengthen future activities. 🧠✨

We also discussed logistics and preparations for our upcoming in-person meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria this June. Exciting plans are taking shape as we continue building collaboration and impact across our partnership. 📍🤝

Finally, we aligned on the next project milestones, including deliverables due in June and September, ensuring we stay on track and continue supporting LBTQI women’s participation in sport and physical activity. 🗓️⚽🏃‍♀️

At the beginning of the month, we joined a group of q***r sport activists from across Europe in Galicia for the Mindful Steps Towards Inclusion journey, where we walked the last 100km of the Camino from Lugo to Santiago. Throughout the journey we shared many moments together, learning about the realities of being q***r in each country, sharing experiences from our q***r sports and community organising and working together to collaborate on future projects. Walking everyday gave us the time to reflect personally on the work of our own organisations and share many great conversations in the green Galician countryside.

Im Rahmen des Erasmus+-Projekts LBTIQ+ Women Active in Valencia, Spanien, bei der Abschlusskonferenz des Erasmus+-Projekts „Women in Sport: Research & Outcomes“ mit gemeinsamem Workshop. In diesem wurden die Ergebnisse der gleichnamigen Studie präsentiert und mit Aktivist*innen aus dem LGBTIQ+-Sportbereich mögliche Lösungen für mehr Inklusion von FLlNTA*-Athlet*innen und Führungskräften erarbeitet.

Reclaim the Game – what a weekend!
Saturday brought two engaging panels on women’s football and a screening of the powerful documentary Copa 71, shining a light on the forgotten Women’s World Cup of 1971 in Mexico.

On Sunday, around 70 players took part in the FLINTA* tournament full of energy, fun, and some serious last-minute goals. We wrapped it all up by watching the nerve-wracking Euro final between Spain and England together.

And yes the weather almost betrayed us, but in the end, it played along. Just like a good goalie.

⚽️✨ Am Mittwoch waren wir von DISCOVER FOOTBALL beim spannenden Talk von 11mm Shortkicks Special im Rahmen von VW We Drive dabei!

In der Halbzeit haben wir mit prominenten Gästen über das Thema “Frauenfußball im Aufwind” diskutiert. Mit dabei waren die ehemalige Nationaltorhüterin Almuth Schult, Felicia Mutterer (Viktoria Berlin), Sofian Chahed (Hertha BSC Berlin).
👉 Wie steht es um das deutsche Nationalteam der Frauen vor EM?
👉Wie ist die aktuelle Situation von Viktoria und Hertha nach ihren Aufstiegen? Wie nachhaltig sind ihren jeweiligen Geschäftsmodelle?

Pia (Discover Football) hat außerdem einen kritischen Blick auf die aktuellen Entwicklungen aus der Perspektive des FLINTA-Fußballs geworfen:
