The Hold Me Tight Couples Communication Retreat is a three-day workshop, based on the work of acclaimed couples therapist Dr. Sue Johnson and her book "Hold Me Tight".
Participants will learn the seven conversations that capture the defining moments in a love relationship and how to shape these moments to create a secure and lasting bond. The workshop consists of an instructional portion and a practical portion called the "Private Conversations", in which participants will practice what was learned by the guidance of trained therapists.
Couples will be contacted by the session's facilitator for in-take. A $250 deposit will be taken during registration and reimbursed upon successful completion of the Retreat.

Congratulations to our sister chapter, North Bay Beyond The Blue on getting the families out mingling on a paw-some Dog Park Social on Sat, Sept 26.

It was a big success drawing out 30 members families and pooches for this cross species social and everyone enjoying the gorgeous weather!

Thank you to Cor Maximus for the custom dog treats! The pups loved them!
