GOD’S GIFTED PROGRAM

Romans 12:8b (NLT)
If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously.

If you have received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then you are part of His gifted program. In simple terms, you are gifted—and so am I. The Bible teaches us that God has gifted each of us for a purpose —to serve Him. This is a foundational truth. It also teaches us that not all gifts are the same. God, in His wisdom and grace, has equipped each believer differently, enabling us to serve Him and one another in unique ways.

While we all share the privilege of being gifted by God, our gifts vary according to His design and purpose. These differences are not meant to divide us but to strengthen the body of Christ, as each of us contributes according to the grace we have received.

I believe that the gift of leadership is not given only to pastors. God wants to give this gift to many people, including you, because He wants us to lead others, whether that means leading small groups, mentoring individuals or guiding people in everyday life.

In leadership it’s all about a service-mindset, not a position-seeking mindset. True leaders are concerned with influence and service rather than with formal title or a position on a stage. As leaders, we take action because we are responsible and accountable. Therefore, doing nothing is not a good option.

Since we have been entrusted with the gift, we must be determined, motivated, spirited to ensure and maintain the mission and vision, and to win the race set before us, achieving the goals God has given us. We must be serious about God and about the things He has called us to do. We should live and work with passionate enjoyment and interest not because we are able, but because God is.

We may have been called and assigned by God differently to do ministry work, but one thing is common, God wants us to have passion and zeal—to be responsible and conscious to get the job done all for the greater glory of God, who has given us the great privilege to serve Him through the people He brings under our care.

PRAYER
God, You are the ultimate gift-giver and source of all our blessings. Today, we come to You in worship, adoration and praise. Lord, we ask that, by Your Spirit, You would cause the truth of Your Word to be realized in our lives. Grant us the grace to acknowledge and accept Your gift, and may we stir up this gift and faithfully steward the gifts we have received from You.

Lord, continue to fill our hearts with zeal for the work You have given us. Help us serve with joy, diligence and love, bringing glory and honor to You in all that we do. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen!

THE PURPOSE OF WAITING

‭‭Habakkuk‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬ ‭”For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”

Waiting is not always a sign that God is withholding something from us. In many situations, waiting is part of God’s process of preparing us for what He intends to give.

However, many of us become so focused on the blessing we are waiting for that we overlook the work God is doing within us. We all have prayers that we hope God will answer (job, opportunity, relationship, healing, or breakthrough), yet we forget that God is not only concerned about the blessing itself; He is also concerned about the person who will receive it.

If God had given you everything you asked for, would you have been ready for it? Would you have had the wisdom to manage it? Would you have had the character to protect it? Would you have had the faith to sustain it?

This is why waiting should not always be viewed as wasted time. Some answers don’t arrive late, they arrive when you are finally ready to carry them. There are things you asked for in earlier seasons that would have crushed you if they came too soon. And at the time, you probably thought the answer was "no," when it was really "not yet, because I am still building you."

Yes, waiting is not easy. Sometimes we compare our lives with those around us. However, comparison is one of the greatest enemies of contentment. Every person has a different path, assignment, and a different season.

The fact that God is doing something in another person’s life does not mean He has forgotten yours. A tree and a flower do not grow at the same rate, yet both grow according to the design given to them. In the same way, God does not measure our lives according to someone else’s timeline.

Not receiving something today does not mean it will never happen, and a closed door today does not guarantee a closed door forever. Some of the most meaningful blessings come after long seasons of preparation. Your current season is not necessarily a sign that your prayers have been ignored. It may simply be part of a larger plan that you cannot fully see yet.

Remember that God has never been early, and He has never been late. Yes, He will answer your prayer because what He has promised will not be forgotten, what He has prepared will not be wasted. And what God has for you will arrive at the right time, in the right way, with the right preparation already built into you.

PRAYER
Lord, You are a God of all things, and nothing is impossible for You. Strengthen us while we wait, so we do not grow weary or lose hope. Make us ready for every blessing You have planned, and shape our hearts to carry it well. In Jesus name, Amen!

WILLING TO OBEY

Isaiah 58:14
Then you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land.

We are living in the last days, a time when we must be more intentional in following God’s truth.

Isaiah reminds us that God’s blessing comes when our hearts are surrendered and our lives are aligned with Him. True faith is not only about what we say we believe, but about choosing obedience when it costs us something.

Sometimes, the people we trust and love may have choices, opinions, or actions that are contrary to God’s ways. This can be painful because we value those relationships, but God calls us to love people while remaining faithful to Him. Our deepest trust and loyalty must be placed in God.

Following God means choosing Him above anyone or anything. If we are faced with a decision between pleasing someone we love and obeying God’s Word, we must choose God with humility and love.

We can honor people, pray for them, and show kindness, but we cannot compromise our relationship with the Lord.

A willing heart says, Lord, even when it is difficult, I choose Your ways. Help me love others without turning away from You.

PRAYER
Lord, give me courage to obey You in these last days. Help me to recognize Your voice above all others. When someone I love leads me away from Your ways, give me wisdom, grace, and strength to choose You. Teach me to love people with a faithful heart while remaining committed to Your truth. May my life bring honor to You. In Jesus name, Amen.

DEFEND YOUR FAITH

Acts 4:19-20 (NLT)
But Peter and John replied, “Do you think God wants us to obey you rather than him? We cannot stop telling about everything we have seen and heard.”

Peter and John were placed in front of the religious leaders because of the miracles they've done in the name of Jesus. The religious leaders told them to no longer share the Good News that Jesus commanded them to do, for it was against their practices and beliefs (despite knowing of what happened to Jesus and that he was resurrected, for their hearts continued to be hardened to the truth).

However, Peter and John stood firm on their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and what He has done for them and their salvation and with boldness and with the power of the Holy Spirit, they disagreed with what the leaders told them to do.

We can see that Peter and John were not afraid of them and only feared God. They did not waiver from what God commanded them to do - the Great Commission, spreading the Good News about Jesus Christ.

We must strive to have the same boldness, faith and courage that Peter and John displayed before the religious leaders. For they knew the consequences of going against the world and against the tradition and religion of the world, yet they remained faithful to the Lord.

We must be equipped with the armour of God and filled with the Holy Spirit to stand firm on the Word of God to defend ourselves from the world.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I praise and glorify your name. Lord, for you alone deserve all honour and thanksgiving. You are ruler of the world and of my heart. Lord forgive me. I confess to you all my sins, all my iniquities and transgressions. For only through Jesus Christ, I am forgiven. Continue to cleanse my heart from all my wickedness and the desires of my flesh. Lord I thank you for your Word. Thank you for the Truth. I thank you for your Grace and mercy each and everyday.

Thank you Lord for your faithfulness. Lord I pray for boldness in your Word. Boldness to proclaim and share your Word. Fill me with the Holy Spirit and guard my heart, O Lord, for the things of this world. Help me to obey your Word. For only You are the ruler of my heart. I pray that I become more fearful of You Father, than of the world. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

HELD BY GOD’S PEACE

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 (NIV)

Peace is very important, and everyone longs for it. Although success and achievements are good, they can only bring us temporary happiness. But in reality, our joy and true peace can only be found in God. When we have Him in our lives, we will find the peace of God. With the peace you have, it will guard your hearts and minds against fear, anxiety, discouragement…

The peace that transcends all understanding comes from knowing that no matter what we go through in life, we can still experience joy because our victory is found in the Lord, not in our circumstances.

In this world that we live in, there will be trials, and being a Christian is not an exemption from experiencing tests. Everyone will go through tests because God doesn’t show any favouritism. But since His presence and peace are there, we are able to overcome. He just doesn’t help us go through it, but His peace goes with us.

Instead of worrying, choose to pray, give all your worries to Him, trust Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind.

PRAYER
Father God in heaven, thank you for the peace that comes from You—a peace that surpasses all understanding. You have promised in Your word that You are with us and You are always there for us. And in You, true peace is found. Lord, touch each one of us and help us overcome whatever we are facing. We know that our victory comes from You, and we choose to put our trust in You. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen and Amen!

AS SOON AS WE PRAY

Psalm 138:3 (NLT)
As Soon as I Pray, you answer me; you encourage me by giving me strength.

Have you ever thought that God doesn’t hear your prayers? Or ever asked why is your prayer taking so long to get answered? Does God even hear me? Did he forget me?

I think that at some point in our life, we might have asked these questions because we are tired of waiting and we’ve grown weary thinking that we will not ever get the answers to our prayers.
We can relate right?

That’s why God wants to reveal himself to us right now and remind us again who He is. From our verse, there are three truths that God wants us to know today—that as soon as we pray:

1. He answers us
2. He encourages us
3. He strengthens us

God is just telling us that He is God, that He is there, He listens to us, He answers us, that as soon as we pray, as soon as talk we to Him, that second we start to pray, that moment we seek him, we will find him. And that just tells us that if God responds to us, if God answers our prayers then we know that we are completely heard. Amen?

The bottom line is: We will never have an answer if we don’t Pray, we will never receive, if we don’t ask and we will never find, if we never seek Him.

So Pray!! Talk to God, come to him with all your worries. Talk to him about your problems, tell him what you want, pour out to Him, cry out to him. Because He hears us! And as soon as you come to him, He is there listening to you, comforting you, encouraging you and giving you strength. Our connection with God is the most important thing—it is what strengthens us.

So let us declare today that every prayer, all that will be spoken, and even the personal longings of our heart, let’s declare that AS SOON AS WE PRAY, The Lord has already answered us and he is already working!

PRAYER
Heavenly Father in Jesus name, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, We worship you, we glorify your name oh God. Thank you Lord for once again, you remind us of your power, you remind us of who you are. Our God who is able, our God who is in control of all our situation. Lord thank you for reminding us that you are a God who answers. Thank you Lord. Because we know that you are already working. Help us to believe Lord that even in an impossible situation, nothing is impossible to you. We surrender and commit everything to you, in Jesus name! Amen!
