Team Erin Team Erin is a team of cyclists dedicated to help find a cure for cancer. Help Team Erin find a cure for cancer. We are a small group that gets big results.

Team Erin is a team of cyclists dedicated to help find a cure. We are riders of different abilities, all riding for different personal reasons but all have one common goal: to find a cure for cancer. We have participated in the Ride to Conquer Cancer since its inception and have raised OVER $1,000,000. Team Erin has the highest per-capita fundraisers and is perennially the smallest team in the top

10 fundraising teams. We 11 riders in the top 100 fundraisers of any team but you don't have to be a heavy hitter to help out. Every single dollar counts. Hey team! Let’s kick off the season right with our very first Team Erin training ride!

Tomorrow morning, Andrew is leading our first group ride at our usual spot. Since this is our first ride back, we’ll be keeping the pace comfortable so everyone has a chance to settle in. We will have breakout groups as needed depending on attendance and riding levels.

Here are the details:
• When: Tomorrow, Saturday, May 2nd @ 8:30 am
• Where: Plaza at the North East corner of Leslie and Elgin Mills. Meet near the Dollar store, between block 4 and 8.
• Distance: TBD based on the group (60km maximum). Check our Strava page for the typical route.
• Halfway Point: Anninas Bakery!
• Weather: Cloudy and Cold! Be sure to bring layers and dress for the conditions.

May 1 is a big deadline for the Ride!

If it’s your first year riding, RBC will match your first $250 raised as long as you hit it before May 1.

For everyone, registering before May 1 keeps the fundraising minimum for the 2-day Toronto to Niagara ride at $2500 — after that, it increases to $3000.

My name is Alyssa and this will be my first year doing the ride! Biking has always been my favourite way to get around, from riding my bike to school growing up, to travelling around Toronto on the city bikes, so when Jonah recommended joining the ride this year it only made sense!

I’m riding in honour of my grandfathers Jeffrey and Benjamin who lost their battles to Kidney and Lung Cancer before I was born, and my grandmother Susan who lost her battle with CNS Lymphoma back in 2015. Looking forward to joining the work you’re all doing with PMCF to raise more funds for cancer research!

Day to day I work as an engineer at a hardware startup, and I love travelling & running. I’m really excited to take on this challenge with my friends Jonah and Austen and can’t wait to meet you all this year!
