For Abdul Rehman, it was his eyesight. When cataracts threatened that, they threatened far more than his vision. They threatened his ability to earn, provide, and continue doing what he had done for years.

Glaucoma has no early symptoms, yet it causes irreversible damage. See the difference for yourself.

Once vision is lost, it cannot be fully restored. But early detection can help slow or prevent further damage, which is why at LRBT, early detection and treatment are at the heart of what we do. Through free eye camps, screening services, and advanced glaucoma care, LRBT works to ensure that preventable blindness doesn’t take away someone’s future.

Your support directly funds the diagnostic tools and clinical staff required to provide these free screenings and treatments for those who cannot afford them. By contributing, you enable the early detection necessary to save a person's sight.

Living in District Dadu, as the son of a laborer paralyzed by polio, 7-year-old Faizan was already navigating a life of hardship. We are incredibly proud to share that all 5 of our candidates from LRBT Teaching Eye Hospital, Korangi, have successfully cleared the FCPS Ophthalmology examinations, achieving a 100% success rate.

Behind this result are countless hours of learning, guidance, and perseverance. It reflects the hard work of our trainees, the dedication of our faculty, and the strength of the training environment at LRBT.

We congratulate our candidates and wish them continued success as they go on to restore sight and change lives.
