Before every great play, there's a warm-up. 🏃

For kids with asthma, 5–10 minutes of gentle movement before physical activity can help prepare the airways and reduce the risk of exercise-triggered symptoms. It's a simple step that makes a big difference.

Today is Clean Air Day🍃

Observed on the first Wednesday of June each year, Clean Air Day raises awareness about the importance of clean air for our health, communities, and environment. It's an opportunity to learn how air quality affects our daily lives and discover simple actions we can take to help protect the air we all share.

Whether it's walking, cycling, taking public transit, reducing energy use, or planting trees, every small step can contribute to cleaner, healthier air for everyone. 🌎💙

Every game has an opposing team — and for kids with asthma, triggers like pollen, humidity, and air quality can be tough opponents.

The good news? Knowing your child's triggers is the first step to managing them. Monitoring the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI), checking pollen counts, and adjusting activity plans on high-risk days can help your young athlete stay on the pitch all season.
