A great day at the Wellness Fair 2026 at Chelsea Hotel!

Last week, our team from HTA 75, had the chance to connect with many of their associates, including former participants from our training programs who are now thriving in the hospitality industry. It was inspiring to reconnect, share information about our programs, and continue supporting workers in their career journeys.

Thank you to Chelsea Hotel, Toronto for welcoming us and for being a strong partner in supporting hospitality workers and workforce development.

Looking forward to more moments like this in the future!

Starting over in a new country isn’t easy. But with determination and the right support, new beginnings are possible. Victoria works at one of Toronto’s great hotels, the Park Hyatt, as a room attendant, building a future for her family.

Today’s Training to Table: Talent Showcase was a great success! ✨

We were proud to welcome 13 hospitality employers from across the GTA to see our Culinary and Front of House trainees in action during a live cocktail-style service.

From vegetarian samosas and gochujang chicken skewers, to cocktails, mocktails, and guest services, our participants showcased their talent, professionalism, and teamwork.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended!

Another housekeeping cohort just crossed the finish line.

Over the past few weeks, they’ve been in the rooms, learning the details, building routines, and getting a real feel for the work behind hospitality. Now the training comes to an end but what’s ahead matters more. They’re stepping forward with skills, confidence, and a clear path into the industry.
