PAHL - Special Olympics Ontario

PAHL - Special Olympics Ontario Physical Activity Healthy Living (PAHL) is a project created to promote healthy and active living to Special Olympics athletes and students across Ontario.

The PAHL project serves as a bridge to help attract new athletes to the movement while also enhancing the athletes’ abilities to train and compete which in turn empowers them to invest in their overall health and well-being.
