Not all heroes wear medals. Some leave skates on a porch.

Paul O’Leary never sought recognition, he simply wanted others to feel cared for. Each holiday season, he quietly left gifts on the doorsteps of families going through hard times: a pair of skates for a young player, mitts for someone in need, groceries for a neighbour.

As a hockey coach, he made sure every kid could play no matter what. And when someone needed shelter or safety, his door was open.

His kindness was quiet but powerful, a reminder that generosity needs no spotlight.

This holiday season, may we all find a moment to do something quietly good. That’s the Paul O’Leary way. ❤️
