Last month, Elevate Youth Toronto hosted Elevate in Motion: A Wellness Workshop for Black Youth. 🤎

The event brought together Black youth for an afternoon focused on wellness, self care, and community through a Pilates session and a discussion on mental health and wellbeing.

A special thank you to Daybreak Pilates for welcoming us into their space and leading an incredible Pilates session, and to Travonne Edwards for facilitating a thoughtful conversation on healing, self care, and wellness within Black communities.

We’re proud to continue creating spaces that support the growth, wellbeing, and success of Black youth across the GTA. ✨
