Great meeting last night. Brian Master, as toastmaster, lead us off by reading the messages from 1969 that came to his radio station as men landed on the moon, Janet have a wonderful toast to Canada, and Orest’s table topics helped us remember important summer days

D60 Advanced club meets the criteria of Google Ai’s answer to “what is the purpose of an advanced Toastmasters club” (see below)

Our members include past, and present, district champions, district and international leaders - as well as many DTMs. We focus on supporting each other to develop our Toastmasters skills, larger projects, speech development and round robin evaluations.

Nothing beats a dynamic Table Topics session at an Advanced club. Thanks to Cathy Dranitsaris, we all exercised some brain cells to come up with some answers to some amazing questions.

There's nothing like an in-person meeting. Everyone was so engaged and excited to see each other, the cleaner had to kick us out at the end of the night!

Life at a District conference is a ton of fun... just ask me or Pat Johnson, Past International President.

We recently attended the District 45 conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This was a meaningful event because it was the last EVER D45 conference.

D45 is joining D31 and will be known henceforth as District 31.

There are many pivotal moments in one's Toastmasters journey, and I'm glad to have been able to celebrate this one.
