We are pleased to invite you to a guided Chair Yoga class focused on gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and accessible movement. This session is suitable for seniors, newcomers, and participants of all mobility levels.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Bystander Awareness Session: Intimate Partner Violence yesterday.

We are grateful for your participation, thoughtful engagement, and commitment to learning how to recognize the signs of intimate partner violence and support those who may be experiencing it.

Dear Everyone,

You are warmly invited to join us and Holy Cross Elementary School for our Multicultural Day Celebration.

This special event is an opportunity to celebrate the rich diversity of our community by sharing cultures, traditions, food, music, and experiences from around the world. Together, we will learn from one another and appreciate the unique backgrounds that make our community vibrant and inclusive.

Date: Thursday, June 11
Time:10:00 am- 12:00 pm
Location: Holy Cross Elementary School, Northside Rd, Holyrood,

Transportation will be provided from the MWONL office ( 44 Torbay Rd)

The bus will leave from the MWONL Office at 9:00 AM.

We encourage everyone to participate by wearing traditional attire ( if possible),or sharing something meaningful about their heritage.
