Bike Nights on Beckwith are back in Downtown Smiths Falls! 🏍️
Beckwith Street will be closed from Chambers Street to Elmsley Street North, and Russell Street East will be closed from Beckwith Street to Market Street, for the following dates and times:
• June 3 – 3 PM to 10 PM
• July 1 – Noon to 9 PM
• August 5 – 3 PM to 10 PM
• September 2 – 3 PM to 10 PM

Residents and visitors may experience delays while travelling through the area. Please plan alternate routes where possible. 👌We look forward to seeing you there!

Can you believe June is here next week?
Lighthouse Café will begin summer hours on Tuesday.
For our customers that means you can grab a cup of our amazing coffee one hour earlier than normal.
Our drinks and treats will be available starting at 10 a.m.
The kitchen will continue to open for lunch at 11:00 and serve until 2:30.
The café will be closing at 5:00 for the summer to allow our amazing volunteers some extra time at home to enjoy summer with their families.

It’s official!

The Book’s Better is relocating to 14 Russell St E, right beside .

We’re working hard to get everything moved over and set up in our new space.

What an amazing Saturday we had!
All of these fabulous ladies came down from The Bridge in Kanata to bless us with supplies to hand out to those in need.
They stayed for lunch and enjoyed some shopping while they were with us.
Thank you ladies. We always look forward to having you join us and for your incredible contributions to our community.

As if that wasn’t enough to make my day great we then had this handsome blond gentleman come in and say hello.
It broke my heart not to have a chance to kiss him all over but I know and have so much respect for the amount of training required to have him ready for his very important job.
Hope to have many more visits from this little man and watch him as he grows into his job.
Thank you so much for stopping in for a coffee and bringing us loads of smiles 🐾 💕

Well Smiths Falls you’ve done it again.
Lighthouse Café has been so busy that we haven’t had opportunity to prep for our Mothers’s Day Tea on Saturday.
Thank you so much for your tremendous support of our local nonprofit.
We will be closing at 3:00 today to get everything prepped for tomorrow.
We can’t wait to see you and thank you again for your tremendous support.
