Last week our Cubs did some "Messy STEM" outside in our church back yard!

For the third year in a row our Troop attended DIBC - Dorchester International Brotherhood Camporee at Scouts Canada - Camp BEL near London Ontario!

This year we had Carleton Place Troop tag along with us - plus Scouter Denis and his son Hunter flew back to us to participate with us! (They moved out west last fall)

A weekend of note, as a tornado touched down not far from our camp, we enacted the camp emergency plan and got to meet 2000+ people in a fairgrounds building for an hour while we waited for the all clear.

2nd Smiths Falls hosted our rural Valley Highlands Wheels Rally in Lombardy last weekend!

We had membership from 8 groups from Carp to Brockville, with over 180 youth in attendance!

Big thanks to the Lombardy Agricultural Society for letting us use their excellent premises!

Holiday greetings from our Scout Troop!

As part of the Scout Link group on Facebook we participated in a holiday exchange with another group. Part of our present was making "Scout Collectible Cards".

We sent a set of cards in booster packs to our paired group, but then did a second printing for ourselves. Packs were randomized so the youth had to trade to get a full set!
