We had a blast this past weekend! We connected with over 500 people across two Ocean Week Victoria events.

A lot of off-site action for our team lately.

*We said goodbye to our salmon; they were released into the Salish Sea at Sooke!
*Two team members joined other industry partners at the Malahat Skywalk to experience The Overhang.
*We hosted an interactive animal station at the NIȽ TU,O HEUIST TŦE ḴELAḴ: Honour the Babies Celebration
*And our Director of Learning & Communications rode the ferry with CBC Victoria On the Island to talk marine life with Gregor Craigie

What a week!

Many things are true about our recent fundraiser.

Three truths are:
1. We raised $40,000 🥳!
2. One very special donor gifted $15,000 that is going directly to supporting our next feature exhibition opening in the fall.
3. The desserts by Truffles were devoured very quickly.🤤
