Since it's the only report that relates directly to performance, it's important to understand where the data comes from and how to interpret it.

This spring has been one of changes and transitions for QUILL staff.

Please join us in welcoming our new Executive Director, Peggy Hulley. She takes over the reins from Heather Robinet, who is easing into a well-deserved retirement. You'll still be hearing from Heather as she has stepped back from the spotlight into a support and training role.
