The Skills Upgrading and Readiness Program is part of the Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) program provided by the Government of Ontario.

The Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) program has been rebranded as Get SET (Skills, Education and Training). The program has been renamed to better reflect its purpose and encourage participation with new learners.

Web content and Employment Ontario Information Systems (EOIS) are being updated to reflect the new program name.

Please bear with us during these changes and know that SURP is still here to serve you!
