Are you looking for a summer program for your child or teen with autism? ☀️

’s AYCES Summer Program supports youth ages 12 to 18 with an Autism Spectrum Disorder living at home. The program offers a safe, consistent and fun environment where youth can build life skills, strengthen social skills, develop peer relationships and feel a greater sense of belonging.

Youth can take part in community access, team building, life skill development, peer relationship activities and more.

📅 Starts July 6, 2026
📍 184 Galloway Rd., Scarborough
⏰ Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 3 PM
💜 Fees: $200/week

Get to know our Developmental Services team! 💜

Join us at our Galloway Open House for a relaxed chance to explore the space, ask questions and learn more about our programs.

Families can hear about supports for youth ages 12–18 and adults living with autism spectrum disorder and/or a developmental disability, including adult day programming, Saturday Respite, after-school programs and school break programs.

Are you looking for a Summer program for your child (ages 12–18) with an autism spectrum disorder and/or a developmental disability? Our Galloway Summer Program focuses on developing life and social skills, fostering peer relationships and encouraging community engagement.

2SLGBTQI+ youth are nearly 4x more likely to face mental health challenges than their non-q***r peers.* But support makes a difference, especially from parents, caregivers and trusted adults.

This Pride Month, let’s make space for youth to be themselves and make sure they know they’re not alone.

Find the support and connection you need at Scarborough YWHO and The Zone. Our drop-in groups are open to young people ages 12–25. No registration required!

❤️ Supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ Youth (Monday June 15th from 12-1pm) – A workshop for families & caregivers
🌈 Weekly Rainbow Connections Drop-In (Tuesdays from 4:30-6pm) – A group to talk, get creative and build connections in the q***r community.
💬 Weekly Neurodiverse Drop-In (Wednesdays from 3-6pm) – A space for neurodivergent youth to meet, share and grow together.
🤝 Weekly Peer Support Group (Thursdays from 4:30-6pm) – Share, connect and support each other in a safe space.
🧠 Monthly DBT Skills Group (Next session: June 23rd from 4:30-5:30pm) – Master mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation.

📣 Looking for hands-on support as you navigate the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)?

Strides Toronto is offering FREE educational parent workshops designed to support families in the autism community with practical, expert-led guidance on topics such as:

✔️ Nutrition & Healthy Mealtimes
✔️ Planning for Summer Break & Resource Sharing
✔️ Toilet Training
✔️ Preparing for Summer & Camp

These workshops are a great way to learn helpful strategies you can start using with your child right away. Some sessions are virtual, others are in person, all are designed with your family in mind.
