Had a great time at our Jane’s Walk & Ride event yesterday at the West Scarborough Rail Trail! We walked, rode our bikes, talked, and had some pastries from ! 🛤️🚴🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️🌲

🤝Thank you to all the community members who came out to support our event and the project. We hope you learned some new information about the WSRT and got a taste for why we’re so passionate about this project!

🛤️ There is much more to see and discover on this trail. We even saw deer waste and some falcons in the area! The trail route is an important green corridor for both residents and local flora and fauna, and we can’t wait to keep working with our community to make it happen.

The Sun Valley Condo Developers are looking to increase the height of the building from 12 - 14 stories but it is not all bad news. They are going to increase the retail space from 400 m2 to 1500 m2 which would accomodate a proper grocery store.

The developer is looking to build the Sun Valley Condo Development even higher than originally approved.

Revised plans have been filed with the City of Toronto for the redevelopment of 468 Danforth Road, proposing a 14-storey mixed-use condominium designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects for Altree Developments. The resubmission increases height and density from the previous 12-storey plan.
