Powered by an incredible league of local partners in arts, culture, health, and recreation, this action-packed celebration promises a day full of fun, connection, and discovery. Join us alongside therapy dogs, Active Living 55+, VON Algoma, Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services, Algoma Ontario Health Team, author Andy Taylor, and more for a fun day! There will be crafts, drop-in tech help to boost your digital superpowers, and plenty of fun extras throughout the day. This is a free program and no registration is required. Drop by the James L. L’Équipe Santé Ontario d’Algoma (ÉSOA) est heureuse d’annoncer que son guide à l’intention des patients, Bien vivre avec la maladie pulmonaire obstructive chronique (MPOC), est maintenant disponible en français. Ce guide, créé en collaboration avec des fournisseurs de soins de santé et des patients dévoués de la région, offre des renseignements et des ressources pour aider les personnes atteintes de la MPOC à gérer leur santé au quotidien en toute confiance. Consultez le guide en ligne au algomaoht.ca/copd. Vous pouvez également vous procurer une version imprimée auprès de votre organisme de santé local.

The Algoma Ontario Health Team (AOHT) is pleased to announce that our patient guide, Living Well with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), is now available in French. This patient guide, developed with support from dedicated local providers and patients, brings together education and resources to empower people living with COPD to manage their day-to-day health with confidence. Read the guide online at algomaoht.ca/copd and find physical copies in your local healthcare organizations.
