As the school year settles in, many adolescents and young adults are finding their rhythm—navigating classes, new routines, and dreams for the future. 📚🍂

For those facing illness or other adversity, this time of year can bring added challenges. Keeping up with school, staying connected to friends, or planning what comes next may look different than they imagined.

Inspired by Kristian’s legacy and Terry’s words, we’re proud to support young people facing adversity through our #11 Forever Awards and the programs we support—because with hope and a community beside them, they can keep pursuing their dreams. 💛

Some places leave a lasting impact on your heart. For our family, Canuck Place Children’s Hospice will always be one of them. 💛

This photo was taken in May 2016, during our last family vacation with Kristian celebrating his birthday, just months before he passed away. It’s a memory we hold especially close, knowing that not long after returning home, our journey would lead us to Canuck Place, where Kristian spent his final days.

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Canuck Place gave our family more than care. They surrounded us with compassion, comfort, and the precious gift of time together when every moment mattered.

The kindness and support we received have never been forgotten. They remain part of why the Kristian Domingo Foundation continues to give back, helping ensure other children and families facing life’s most difficult moments can experience that same compassion and care.

This Saturday, we’re honoured to join the Canuck Place community at the Gift of Time Gala, celebrating the incredible impact they continue to make for families across BC.

As we reflect on last week’s Strength in Hope Golf Tournament, presented by LMDG, we’re filled with gratitude for the incredible community that came together in support of adolescents and young adults facing cancer.

These photos capture more than a day on the golf course. They capture the generosity, compassion, and connections that continue to drive our mission forward.
