On May 23rd the Brainstorm Brigade hit the road running and walking at Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend! We have teams in the 2k, 5k and 10k races with outstanding team spirit!

As a team we raised nearly $4,000 to help keep epilepsy supports in Ottawa and the surrounding areas free and accessible! We can't wait to see what 2027 brings! Way to go team!

Also a huge thank you to Chris and Janet for being the most amazing Team Leads, we truly could not have accomplished this without your leadership and commitment!

Whether we’re taking on the 2K, 5K, or 10K, your cheers make all the difference. Come out, wear your purple, and help us power through race weekend together!

Ottawa Race Weekend is almost here, and The Brainstorm Brigade is coming together in all the best ways! 💜

Say hello to Sandi! 👋
She’ll be leading our Family Fun 2K on May 23 - bringing the smiles, encouragement, and plenty of race-day spirit for participants of all ages.

The 2K is all about movement that feels good - whether you’re walking with little ones, rolling with a stroller, or just soaking up the atmosphere. It’s a chance to be part of Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend in a way that’s fun, welcoming, and community-focused.

Because every step - no matter how small - helps move us closer to a world where people living with epilepsy are supported and understood.
