Congratulations to Sarah on her 5 year anniversary with Abbeyfield Durham!

As kitchen manager Sarah wears many hats. From sourcing and purchasing the best meats and vegetables, preparing daily meals, ensuring cover and organizing the staff roster and always being there for the residents to lean on and share their thoughts.

The Abbeyfield Caledon House offers an independent, affordable living alternative in a warm family style environment.

The House provides residents with a balance between privacy, companionship, safety and independence.

Are you a fan of your alone time? Residents have privacy whenever they want it! Each resident has a private bed/sitting room with ensuite bathroom. Tenants furnish the rooms themselves and if they choose to they can bring a small bar fridge and may arrange to have cable TV in their room.
