From all of us at Kingsview, Happy Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving, we are grateful for the many ways God continues to work through Kingsview and our ministry partners in the Dominican Republic.

We thank God for the churches, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and prayer partners who faithfully come alongside this ministry. Through your generosity and partnership, opportunities continue to open for the Gospel to be shared, disciples to be equipped, and families to receive compassionate care.

Above all, we give thanks to the Lord, whose faithfulness makes this work possible.

“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever.” — Psalm 107:1 (ESV)

What happens after we leave?
Follow up begins!

Sharing the Gospel in schools is an incredible opportunity—but the ministry doesn’t end when our team walks out the doors. Through partnerships with local churches, students and teachers can be connected with believers in their own communities who are there long after a Kingsview team returns home. These relationships create opportunities for follow-up, counseling, discipleship, and continued conversations about the Gospel.

The goal isn’t simply a moment. It’s ongoing discipleship.

Please join us in praying for the pastors, church leaders, and believers who continue walking alongside these students and teachers—that God would give them wisdom, strength, and opportunities to point people to Christ.

Our team is home! 🇩🇴

We’re grateful for an incredible time of ministry in the Dominican Republic and for all that God allowed our team to be part of.

There are so many stories to tell—from schools and local churches to our Kingsview programs and the people we had the privilege of meeting along the way.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more as we debrief the different parts of the trip and celebrate what God is doing through our partners in the Dominican Republic.

Follow along as we share the stories, moments, and impact from this trip.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for and supported our team!

What began with a heart to help one child has grown into a mission to reach generations.

Kingsview works alongside local churches and communities in the Dominican Republic to share the love and light of Christ through school outreach, sponsorship, discipleship, church partnerships, and compassionate care.

But this mission isn’t something we do alone.

Every prayer, gift, sponsorship, and person who chooses to serve helps make this work possible.

Whether you’ve been part of Kingsview for years or you’re just discovering us, we’d love for you to be part of what God is doing.

Equipping churches. Reaching students. Sharing the Gospel.

This past weekend, Kingsview partnered with VELA International Ministries for a training weekend with local churches in the Dominican Republic!

We're grateful for these partnerships and for the opportunity to work alongside local churches as they prepare to reach the next generation.

Pray that these churches would be encouraged and equipped, that doors would continue to open in schools, and that students would come to know Jesus Christ.

Our team is heading to the Dominican Republic today! 🇩🇴

From September 16–28, the team will be serving alongside our local ministry partners, with opportunities to equip local churches and minister in high schools as the School Mission Project continues to grow.

As they prepare to go, would you pray with us?

Ask God to give the team wisdom, strength, and unity; to encourage the local churches and leaders they’ll serve alongside; and to open doors for students to hear and respond to the Gospel.

We’re excited to share what God does over these next several days. Follow along for updates from the team!

We are celebrating two incredible days of VBS in the Dominican Republic!

Our 2026 theme, “Back to Eden,” walked children through God’s original design for their lives, the brokenness brought by sin, and the identity and hope we find through Jesus Christ.

Over the two days, 210 children gathered for Bible teaching, games, crafts, laughter, friendship, and opportunities to hear the Gospel. We praise the Lord for the 107 children who professed their faith in Jesus Christ.

We’re incredibly thankful for the 41 volunteers who gave their time to serve, teach, care for the children, and make VBS possible.

Please pray with us for these children—that the seeds planted would take root, that they would grow in their faith, and that they would continue to be pointed toward Christ.
