IKTK orientation run and week #7 of clinic. The orientation run is a point-to-point run that is free for everyone. You will need to organize a drop off-pick up with your buddies. Drop a car at the finish line in Deep Cove. Public parking is available in Myrtle Park off Cliffmont Road. Then carpool with a buddy to the start of the 13K run at Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve or to the start of the 20K run at the top of Prospect Road. Be at the start by 08:15 a.m. RACE LEADERS will help you sign in and get you started at 08:30 sharp.
When you get to the finish of your orientation run (Deep Cove), don’t forget to sign out and to give your buddy a ride back to the start to pick up his/her car. A link to the GPX route files may be found on the Spring Clinic page of the Trail Whisperer website. Friendly reminder to dress for the weather, carry water and nutrition, and bring dry, warm cloths for after.
