Being Young, Being Adults - I guess you could say we’re a bit of both. And we like it that way. We desire to live our young adult years to the fullest as we follow Jesus. Encounter - When we gather we expect, one way or another, to encounter God. This shapes not only why we meet but how we meet. After all, there are many different ways to experien
ce God’s personal presence if we learn to listen. Real - We believe that a relationship with Jesus is relevant to every part of our lives. So, those everyday “things” that young adults run into are what we talk about. What does it look like follow Jesus at the Roxy? Inviting - We all have friends who don’t think the same as we do about Jesus. We want to include these friends in our journey of following him. In fact, we want to invite everyone to be part of it! That means we take risks and may not always look like “church,” but we believe that in the journey God is shaping something in us as well as our friends.
