📘 Wear Blue Tomorrow for Men’s Mental Health Month! 💙

November is Men’s Mental Health Month, and tomorrow we’re inviting all NBCC Miramichi students to wear blue to show support, raise awareness, and help break the stigma around mental health.

📸 Want to win a prize? Post a photo of yourself wearing blue in the comments below and your name will be entered into a draw for some great prizes!

Let's show our support for the men in our lives and remind everyone that it's okay to talk, ask for help, and take care of their mental well-being.

💙 Wear Blue 💙 Snap a Photo 💙 Post in the Comments 💙 Be Entered to Win

Together, we can make a difference, one conversation at a time.
