Ring Memberships are available for local horse enthusiasts. You can purchase a membership (annual, monthly or daily) with online registration & payment on our website at the below link. Proof of insurance required upon registration. 🔺Access to the show grounds without a valid membership is prohibited!

🌻 Sunday Market – August 9th 🌻

Join us for our Sunday Market on August 9th during the Napan Agricultural Show 2026!

🛍️ 25 Vendor Spaces Available�💲 $25 per Table�🪑 Tables Provided�🕐 Market Hours: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

We are looking for a great variety of vendors and products! Spaces are limited, and to ensure a diverse shopping experience, we will do our best to avoid duplicate vendors.
Vendor Information:�• Move-in begins at 12:00 PM sharp (no early arrivals, please).�• Breakfast is served in the hall until 11:00 AM, so vendors cannot access the building until breakfast staff have finished.�• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.

Important: Please include your business name or product name in the message section of your e-transfer. Your table will be confirmed once your deposit is received.

* 💻 Upload your completed colouring page online using the submission link below.

* 📍 Drop off a paper copy during our Cut the Jack fundraiser on Friday nights at the Napan Community Hall
