Meet Penny!💜

Penny is a 7-month-old Rotti mix. This beautiful girl is already 52 lbs, and while she's a pretty big pup for her age, we don't expect her to get much bigger than she is now. Penny is also vaccinated and spayed.

As one of our newer shelter residents, Penny is still learning the ropes and settling into her surroundings. While making canine friends hasn't been a priority yet, she definitely thrives on human companionship and affection.

Penny loves one-on-one attention and interactive playtime—after all, she's still very much a playful puppy at heart! Penny is a total sweetheart who is looking for someone patient and loving to help build her confidence and show her what a safe, secure home feels like.

She does have some experience with dogs, but she would do best with slow and proper introductions to any future canine companions. Miss Penny is waiting!

🎉WE HAVE HUGE NEWS!🎉

We are beyond thrilled to announce that Hummer, now Duke, has found his fur-ever home!

Where do we even begin?

Hummer came into our care as a surrender last June. Shelter life was incredibly difficult for him. He was a big boy with an even bigger personality- full of energy, affection, and a constant desire to be around people. Hummer struggled with anxiety and found shelter life overwhelming. He also had persistent ear infections that eventually led to a diagnosis of allergies. We knew this special boy deserved so much more than a kennel.

Then, in October, everything changed.

A wonderful foster stepped up and welcomed Hummer into her home, and the transformation we seen with him was incredible! His foster not only helped with his health but also became one of his biggest advocates, giving him the love, support, and stability he needed to thrive. In May, Hummer took the next step in his journey and moved into what would become his forever home. Today, he has settled in beautifully with his new family, living the life he always deserved.

Congratulations, Duke. We love you, we're so happy you've finally found your home!❤🐾
