Traditional Martial Arts- Functional and Practical Self Defense- Fitness- Fun We also explore other Martial Arts guided under expert Instructors as advisors.

CMAC is a not for profit club offering FREE community Martial Arts classes to the Lower Sackville area . We teach the Ch'ang-Hon system of Taekwon-Do, founded by Gen Choi Hong Hi, as well as Sung Mu Kwan Hapkido. We are independent of any Martial Arts political organization. Our purpose is to provide a service to our community with the vision to help cultivate our students into positive and contributing members of the community. We know that many people experience barriers that prevent them from partication in sports and recreation. For those interested in Martial Arts, we are reducing as many barriers as possible. The largest one being the financial barrier, so we removed it all together. Our mission is simple: Breaking Down Barriers Through Martial Arts

🥋 Amazing news for CMAC!

Our Family Class has officially reached capacity!

🎉 We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing support from our members and community.

🌱 We still have a few spots available in our lil’ Kicks program (ages 4–7) — but they won’t last long!

❤️ Support Our CMAC Families

CMAC is more than a place where we train — we’re a community.

Many of our members and families own businesses, provide services, create products, or have valuable skills to offer. We want to encourage everyone to share what you do with our CMAC community.

Whether we purchase from each other, trade or barter services, recommend a fellow member, or simply help spread the word, every little bit of support can make a difference.

Before looking elsewhere, consider whether someone within our CMAC family can help.

🥋 Support Local. Support Each Other. Strengthen Our Families.
