CMAC is a not for profit club offering FREE community Martial Arts classes to the Lower Sackville area . We teach the Ch'ang-Hon system of Taekwon-Do, founded by Gen Choi Hong Hi, as well as Sung Mu Kwan Hapkido. We are independent of any Martial Arts political organization. Our purpose is to provide a service to our community with the vision to help cultivate our students into positive and contri

buting members of the community. We know that many people experience barriers that prevent them from partication in sports and recreation. For those interested in Martial Arts, we are reducing as many barriers as possible. The largest one being the financial barrier, so we removed it all together. First, congratulations to Noah for earning his Yellow Stripe tonight. Well done!

Hard to believe our first year has come to an end tonight. What an incredible year it was. So much accomplished by all. Just look at the photos from tonight. Soon, I will recap year one milestones from what we (as a club) have accomplished and acheived, however right now I would love to hear from our members. Please share your experience!

These are the efforts of a hard working young man from New Zealand, under the direct guidance of the Inclusive Taekwon-Do IITA president Mr. Ben Evans.

Our club Carr's Martial Arts Club is a member club and is the National Governing Organization for Canada (welcoming more clubs).

We are excited to expand our already inclusive programming for our Fall 2026 classes.
