Individual members, or Rotarians, belong to a club. The club is where most of Rotarians' meaningful service work is carried out.

Our Club meets using a Zoom platform on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm and is posted on our website https://rotarysackville.ca/
under upcoming events. Clubs can be engaged not only in their communities, but also internationally. What Rotarians get out of Rotary depends largely on what they put into it.

Fellowship, Fun and Food. Another Come Dine With Rotary season. OPA - A Greek meal was enjoyed February 26th. A SOLDOUT fundraiser dinner for our Bicycle projects. Great food, lots of fun, and amazing camaraderie. Thank you our Chef De Cuisine, Debbie. Next dining experience is scheduled for March 12th and is already SOLDOUT. Wow, what a wonderful day and a great experience! For our 6th year, we had our children's book giveaway during Sackville Snow Days. 450 books given to eager readers. A heartfelt thank you to Sackville Business Association for the opportunity and Sackville Public Library, who gave us such an awesome venue for this literacy initiative. Also, a huge thankyou for our Rotarians and Rotary Interact Club, who helped with obtaining books and with the giveaway process and our sponsor donators, Councillors Gillis and Young. Rotary Club of Sackville and Area are celebrating Sackville Snow Days 2026 with a children's book giveaway of approximately 450 books on Saturday, February 14, 2026. The books will be available at the Sackville Public Library, 636 Sackville Dr., starting 10:00 am to 5:00 pm or as long as supply lasts. Our Rotary Club supports many Hunger and Homelessness initiatives. One very close to our hearts, is Square Roots Sackville. The aim of Square Roots Sackville is providing affordable produce bundles to the community. To help in their fight against food insecurity, we support the program by donations and physically bundling and sponsoring events. All funds raised go back into the program.
