It's a tie, Lethbridge! 🎉

Congratulations to our 2026 People's Choice winners: The Yukon by Cedar Ridge Quality Homes and The McQueen by Van Arbor Homes. You rated both homes 4.9 out of 5, and honestly, we get it.

The Yukon is a warm, elegant five bedroom family home in The Crossings with a showstopping kitchen and a deck made for long summer nights. The McQueen is a mid century modern beauty on Gyro Park, all clean lines and big windows.

A sincere thank you to BILD - Lethbridge Region for hosting the 2026 Parade of Homes. Events like this take months of coordination, and their team does the work of bringing our local communities together and inviting families inside to see what's being built right here.

More than 7,000 people came through our homes in Lethbridge and Coaldale. It meant a lot to share these spaces with you.
