ugh progressive holistic training. LASC is governed by Swim Alberta at the provincial level, Swimming Canada at the national level, and FINA at the international level. Our coaches are certified, recognized professionals, trained specifically to work with athletes at various physiological and psychological stages of development. The club offers year-round training for competitive swimmers at the University of Lethbridge's Max Bell Regional Aquatic Center.

We can't wait to see everyone at our last Friday night races of the season!! A huge thank you to Hotson Plumbing & Gasfitting Plumbing & Gasfitting for making our Friday night races so much fun this year!!

Swimmers please be on deck at 4:15 and ready for warm-ups at 4:30. Racing will run from 5-6:00. Also, we are in need of 16 volunteers to time!

We can't wait to see everyone after the races for pizza in room PE275!

A quick reminder!!
We will be hosting a pizza party following the Hotson Plumbing & Gasfitting Friday Night Races on June 5th!
We ask the all swimmers be on deck by 4:15 and ready for warm-ups at 4:30. Racing will take place from 5:00–6:00 PM, and the pizza party will begin afterward in PE275
As always, all swimmers from Jr. Horns and competitive groups are encouraged to attend the races and are welcome to join the pizza party afterward.
To help us estimate the amount of pizza to order, we kindly ask families planning to attend the pizza party to RSVP to Lindsay at [email protected] by May
29th with the number of adults and children attending.
We look forward to a fun evening together!

As promised, for reaching our Swim-a-thon fundraising goal, we will be hosting a pizza party following the Hotson Plumbing & Gasfitting Friday Night Races on June 5th!
Racing will take place from 5:00–6:00 PM, and the pizza party will begin afterward.
The location will be announced shortly and will be held in one of the university classrooms.
As always, all swimmers from Jr. Horns and competitive groups are encouraged to attend the races and are welcome to join the pizza party afterward.
