It’s also a great reminder that staying active, connected, and involved can look different at every age. From recreation and sport to social programs and community activities, there are plenty of opportunities for older adults to stay engaged right here in Lethbridge.

Lethbridge’s Buffalo Spirit Games is inspired by an enduring vision of community. On September 30, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Indigenous peoples and non-Indigenous neighbours will gather at Nicholas Sheran School yard in Lethbridge for a day to remember our shared history, but also to take part in building new relationships through games, learning, and conversation.
