We have a winner! 🧡

A big congratulations to Lori L., the winner of our September 50/50 with Ticket #5200001!

And a giant thank you to every single person who bought a ticket, shared our posts, or helped us spread the word this month!!

We know there are so many worthy causes asking for support, and we never take it for granted when you choose to support ours. Every ticket sold helps us care for the dogs who come through our doors - the vet visits, the unexpected medical needs, and all the little things that go into getting them healthy, happy and ready for their next chapter.

Some months our pots are big, some months they’re a little smaller, but the kindness behind every single ticket means just as much to us.

Congratulations, Lori! We hope this is a very happy surprise. 🥰

And to our little rescue community… thank you for continuing to show up for us and, most importantly, for the dogs. We appreciate every single one of you!

It’s draw day!

Our September 50/50 pot is currently sitting at $460, and ticket sales close today at 4:00 PM.

It’s a smaller pot this month, but we are incredibly grateful for every single person who has already bought tickets and supported us. These raffles really do make a difference for our little rescue, especially during busy stretches like this one when we have new dogs coming into care and lots happening behind the scenes.

If you’re able to grab a ticket today, we would be so appreciative. And if tickets aren’t in the cards, sharing this post helps too. You never know which share might put us in front of someone new!!

Let’s see if we can give that pot one last little boost before 4:00! 🧡

Ticket sales close: 4:00 PM TODAY
Draw: 5:00 PM TODAY
Winner takes half the pot!

Thank you, as always, for showing up for our dogs. We couldn’t do this without you.

Only ONE WEEK left in our September 50/50! 🧡

Our September raffle wraps up next Wednesday, and sweet Samuel is here to remind you there’s still time to grab your tickets!

Things have been incredibly busy behind the scenes lately. We’ve had new dogs coming into care, vet appointments, medical needs, and lots of work getting everyone healthy, settled and ready for the next chapter. Sometimes that means we’re a little quieter on here - but we promise, there’s plenty happening.

That’s also why these raffles mean so much to us. Every ticket purchased helps us continue to take dogs in and give them the care and time they need before finding their forever homes.

And a huge thank you to everyone who continues to buy tickets and share our raffle posts. Even hitting that little share button helps us reach people we never could on our own, and we appreciate it more than you know.

Ticket sales close Wednesday, September 30 at 4:00 PM
Draw takes place at 5:00 PM
Winner takes half the jackpot!

Sometimes we have to go the extra mile to make sure our seniors get what they need.

Lush was an Owner Surrender that badly needed a dental unfortunately she’s got some big heart issues and we need to make sure she’s safe before going under anesthetic. Today, we are at ALL CRITTERS ANIMAL HOSPITAL getting her pre-specialist vet exam, bloodwork and a chest x-ray. On Monday she will have an echocardiogram and if all goes well, she’ll be heading off for a referral to West Coast Vet Dental Services

Lush was surrendered due to her owner’s illness and was found to have both a grade 4 heart murmur and grade 4 dental disease. Because of this, she will need to see a specialist for her dental and have an anesthesiologist on board.

Dentals are not inexpensive and a specialist requires even more $$.

If you can help us with lashes dental, donations can be made through our website where 100% of the proceeds come directly to us. Just make a note it’s for Lush.

Thank you always for helping us help the dogs who need us most.
