Kingston - Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure The CIBC Run for the Cure is an annual 5k or 1k walk or run, held on the same Sunday across Canada, that raises funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.

It is the largest single-day, volunteer-led event in Canada in support of the breast cancer cause.

Our event would not be possible without the dedication of our incredible volunteers. The Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure is Canada’s largest single-day, volunteer-led event in support of the breast cancer cause. Thanks to the commitment and passion of our volunteers, we continue to fund life-changing research and vital support programs for those impacted by breast cancer.

We are deeply grateful to all our volunteers who give their time and energy to make the CIBC Run for the Cure a success.

📢 The team tent award deadline is fast approaching!

Your team can be recognized as one of the top teams on Run Day! The top teams who meet the minimum fundraising requirement by the deadline of 10:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, September 22, 2025, will receive their own team tent space. You can decorate the space, hang out there on Run Day and receive the VIP experience!
