Kingston has 9 more people prepared to respond to medical emergencies!
Congratulations to everyone who completed their First Aid and CPR training with PUSH for Life - First Aid & Wellbeing Training today! Your new skills help make our community safer and stronger.
A big thank you to Rustle Free Methodist Church for hosting today’s training event, and to the wonderful ladies from Elizabeth Fry Kingston who made sure participants enjoyed a nutritious lunch.
We’re also excited to share that OLS has officially passed the halfway mark toward our goal of enabling 100 people with living and lived experience, and those who support them, to receive First Aid training this year!
Next up, we’re looking forward to training sessions with Dawn House and Ryandale - Transitional Housing in September as we continue working toward that goal.
None of this would be possible without the organizations and people who believe in building a safer, more prepared community. A heartfelt thank you to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Kingston, ON and Play Gaming & Entertainment for helping make this initiative possible!
