Pine Beach Landowners Association Pine Beach is a PRIVATE park under an association. As a volunteer mbr., you join this goal, while enjoying our beautiful park.

We exist to protect the status and develop the park for the enjoyment of all members but primarily for our in area homeowners. Pine Beach is on the south east shore of Cook's Bay on Lake Simcoe in Keswick, Ontario. It is a private beach, which means that the local residents have a stake in the beach and pay reasonable annual membership dues to join the association. The association is responsible f

or the maintanance of the park, the shoreline and the playground equipment. Pine Beach does accept off beach memberships (meaning non-local residents can also gain membership for an additional fee). There are also special events that are held that allow non-members to gain access for the day.
