Members, we need you at our AGM!

Kelowna Riding Club Annual General Meeting
🗓 Nov 19th, 2026
🕖 6:00pm
📍 Kelowna Riding Club

This is the one meeting a year where members help shape the future of the Club. We'll share the year in review, go over the finances, elect the new Board and talk about what's ahead for KRC.

To hold the meeting and make these decisions, we need enough members in the room to make quorum. Without it, we can't move forward, so every single person counts. Please save the date and bring a snack to share!

Nominations are now open for our 2026 Club Awards!

Every year, our Club is shaped by people who go above and beyond. Now is your chance to help us celebrate them.

We're accepting nominations in three categories:

**Sportsmanship:** for the rider who shows kindness, respect and encouragement, in and out of the ring.

**Horsemanship:** for someone whose care, patience and partnership with their horse inspires us all.

**Volunteer of the Year:** for the person who gives their time and energy to make our events and our Club possible.

To nominate someone, email [email protected] with their name, the category, and a few words on why they deserve it. Awards will be presented at our AGM on Nov 19, 2026, 6:00pm at the Kelowna Riding Club

There's a seat at the table for you.

The Kelowna Riding Club is looking for new members to join our Board of Directors.

This is a chance to help shape the future of the Club, from our facilities and events to our long-term plans. We have exciting projects ahead, and we'd love fresh ideas and new energy around the table.

You don't need board experience, and you don't need to own a horse. We'd especially love to hear from people with skills in:

- Finance or bookkeeping
- Marketing and communications
- Events and fundraising
- Facilities and maintenance
- Governance, law or business planning

Board members meet once a month. New directors will be elected at our AGM on Thursday, November 19, 2026 at the Kelowna Riding Club. Please put forth your nomination prior to the AGM.

Interested, or want to learn more first? Send us a message or email [email protected]. We're happy to chat, with no pressure at all.

The Kelowna Riding Club community is heartbroken by the loss of the three beautiful dressage horses on their way to Thunderbird Show Park.

Our hearts go out to their owners, riders, and grooms, and to everyone who loved, cared for, and believed in these horses. Behind every horse is a team of people who give so much of themselves, and we know how deeply this loss is felt.

To everyone grieving, we're thinking of you and holding you close.
