Last week, the FCO team was at the AdvantAge Ontario Convention, and weโ€™re still buzzing from the energy! ๐Ÿ

It was a powerful few days spent learning, connecting, and engaging with the leaders of Ontarioโ€™s long-term care and senior community. We loved meeting so many of you and sharing resources specifically designed to strengthen Family Councils across the province.

We wrapped up the event with an impactful session led by our Programs Director, Natacha Dupuis, and Research & Education Manager, Cathleen Edwards. Their workshop, โ€œCollaborating with Family Councils: Resources for Leaders,โ€ provided essential tools for LTC leaders to build stronger partnerships with their Family Councils.
