Trillium Foundation Successfully Completes 4-Week Confidence Building Workshop

Trillium Foundation is proud to announce the successful completion of our FREE 4-Week Confidence Building Workshop, held virtually every Tuesday from April 21 to May 12, 2026.

The program brought together women from across the community for an empowering journey focused on rebuilding self-confidence, speaking without fear, breaking limiting beliefs, and taking meaningful action.

Since last year November, Trillium Foundation has been proudly running Bhagavad Gita classes for both kids and adults, creating a meaningful space where learning meets culture and values meet practice.

Today, we were delighted to have 23 children actively participate, learning Chapter 1, verses 38–39, and reciting Sanskrit shlokas with dedication and enthusiasm. Under the guidance of our Art and Culture Director, Gopal Kafle Ji, our young learners continue to build a deep connection with the timeless wisdom of the Gita.

This class is more than just learning verses—it is a beautiful journey of preserving our heritage, strengthening cultural identity, and passing values to the next generation. Seeing our children grow in discipline, focus, and confidence has been truly inspiring.

This initiative would not have been possible without the incredible support and coordination of our Directors Chunu KC, Gita Prasai and Amy Karmacharya.

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents for your continuous support from day one. And to our amazing kids—your perseverance, discipline, and commitment truly shine. You are carrying our culture forward with pride.

We warmly invite more children and families from our community to join this meaningful journey. Together, let’s nurture values, celebrate our roots, and keep our traditions alive for generations to come.
