Can you help?

The East Hants District RCMP is investigating a theft of about 3/4 cord of split firewood from a property in the 2200 block of Hwy. 2 in . The firewood was to be used as part of a community fundraiser.

The theft is believed to have occurred between noon on September 11 and 8 a.m. on September 12 when one or more people breached a locked gate and removed the wood.

Anyone who may have information about the theft is asked to contact the East Hants District RCMP at 902-883-7077. To To remain anonymous, call Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers, toll-free, at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submit a secure web tip at Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers, or use the P3 Tips app.
