Nova Scotia Works is Nova Scotia’s new employment service centre network.

We provide better access to high-quality, inclusive services for employers and job seekers.

Our services and supports are delivered by qualified career practitioners and counsellors, and include career counselling, job search services and resources, job coaching, job development, employment workshops, and employer engagement services.

Staff ensure all Nova Scotians looking for work have the support they need to find a good job and employers know where to go when they are looking for workers.
