This month’s NSCDA Wellness release, Boundaries, Emotional Regulation, and Building Self-Trust, supports members in strengthening self-awareness, regulating the nervous system, and creating sustainable wellbeing both at work and in daily life.

This package includes a lecture with Bahia Makhoul on understanding and communicating boundaries, a Heart–Brain Coherence meditation guided by Bahia, a 20-minute grounding yoga flow with Leanna Letterio focused on building strength and self-trust, and a reflective journaling practice from Flo Meditation + Wellness to support deeper integration.

-Holly Rye is a CCDP with 25+ years in Career Services, dedicated to building skills, confidence, and reflective practice in CDPs.

-Lisa Strong is the NSCDA’s Career Services Specialist focused on designing engaging, learner-centred training and supporting professional growth.

We are excited to share that Connie Corse is the new Executive Director of the Nova Scotia Career Development Association.

Connie is a respected leader and Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) with a strong background in training, program development, and strategic planning. She is known for her thoughtful leadership, commitment to excellence, and passion for supporting career development professionals across Nova Scotia.

Her work has helped shape impactful learning opportunities and strengthen programs that make a real difference for individuals, organizations, and communities. As Executive Director, Connie will bring vision, experience, and dedication to leading NSCDA forward.
