Caspar was surrendered because his owner is leaving the country. He is pure white with yellow eyes and a very sweet, playful boy who just turned 1 year old. He has been around other cats and children but has never been around dogs. Caspar is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.
