Sky and Rain are bonded brothers who are looking for a new home together because the newborn baby in the home is having a reaction to them. They are 3 years old (born Feb 28, 2023) and Himalayan/Persian crosses. Both have been fixed and are fully vaccinated.

Both cats have their claws but they have been trained to use vertical and horizontal cat scratchers and haven't damaged any furniture. They like to chase each other up and down the stairs at least twice a day, and enjoy sitting by the window watching the birds and neighbourhood bunnies together.

Sky (the lighter-coloured brother) is the ultimate therapy cat. You'll find him chilling like a soft pillow for most of the day in random spots he deems comfortable that day. He enjoys resting near his humans, purring on your lap, and sitting in the window watching the birds outside. He knows when you need extra love and cuddles. He only meows if his litter box needs cleaning or is excited about catching a fly. He requires vet food due to his food sensitivities and needs upkeep with cleaning his leaky eyes and cat acne. However, his fur is easy to brush and doesn't mat with regular brushing every few days. He is 5kg and good health overall.

Rain (the darker-coloured brother) is a playful dominant cat, slightly larger than Sky in physical stature. Although he isn't keen on hanging out in your lap, he does enjoy sitting nearby and purring from a close distance. When he's in the mood he enjoys gentle caressing around his head and neck and down his back through his tail. He requires more attention than Sky. And, when he doesn't get it from you he will seek it out. He doesn't have any food sensitivities, however, eats the same food as Sky since they share food from the same bowl. His summer fur is smooth and silky; however, when his winter fur starts coming out in the fall, you need to brush him daily or his fur will get matted. Rain is not recommended with small children as he is very playful and doesn't have awareness of his claws when focused on playing. Rain can be vocal so it is recommended to sleep with your door closed or he will come meow in your face when you're taking a nap.

**** Contest closed for this kitten!

Name this kitten! Kitten #9 is a girl. She seems to have longer/medium length hair, although it is difficult to tell with kittens that young.
