The holidays are all about sacrifice throws 🎁🥋

While everyone else is sacrificing their diets, we’re sacrificing our balance and launching training partners through the air. At Kohbukan SISU Judo & Jiu-Jitsu, we blend Judo throws with BJJ transitions so you learn how to take the fight from standing to the ground with control, timing, and confidence.

Beginner or experienced, gi or no-gi, we’ve got classes to help you move better, get stronger, and have a blast doing it. Come train with us, bring a friend, and discover why getting thrown is our idea of holiday cheer.
