As we wrap up Local Food Week, we’re celebrating the farmers, producers and local food champions who help feed our communities. 🥗🍀

Local food is deeply connected to 4-H. From agriculture to cooking and learning by doing, 4-H helps youth understand where their food comes from and the people behind it.

To celebrate, we hosted Battle of the Salads, where competitors created fresh, creative salads using local ingredients!

June is National Indigenous History Month in Canada.

It is a time to reflect, learn, and honour the deep histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples. These communities have shaped this land for generations and continue to do so with strength, resilience, and wisdom.
