Willow Park Ecology Centre is an award-winning ecology park and outdoor education centre located in the hamlet of Norval at the confluence of the Credit River and Silver Creek.

Bird Lovers Connect at Willow Park Ecology Centre

Willow Park Ecology Centre, alongside co-host Bird Friendly Halton Hills and sponsor TD Park People, invites you to a special autumn event: Bird Lovers Connect.
• Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026
• Time: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
• Location: Willow Park Ecology Centre, Guelph St, Norval, ON (off Mary St)
Attendees will enjoy refreshments and participate in guided, hands-on activities across several rotating stations, including a Bird Watchers Nature Walk, Nesting and Box Making, and Planting for Birds.
While this is a free event, space is limited and registration is required.

We may add plants to enhance the diversity for butterfly food sources and give you a plant to take home for your own butterfly patch.
We are in the Credit River – Hungry Hollow ravine, rich in biodiversity. So, when we collectively act to help and protect this local ecosystem we impact-on many living critters and their survival and often see them as we engage in activities!
