International Overdose Awareness Day is just a few days away.

This Monday, August 31, our community will come together to remember those we have lost to overdose, acknowledge the grief carried by families and loved ones, and stand together in hope and healing.

Join us for a community memorial event at Centennial Park’s MacPherson Fountain as we honour the lives of those lost and remind those who are grieving that they do not have to carry their loss alone.

Alongside providing harm reduction services and connection to community supports, our outreach team also performs community clean-ups, collects used sharps, and responds to reports of improperly discarded sharps throughout the community. If you see a needle on the ground, you can contact us at 226-932-0473 and our team, or one of our community partners will respond as soon as possible 🚐❤
