Your Club House has a new membership system!

We know that system changes can sometimes create questions, so we’ve put together a quick guide to help you understand what to expect.

PROPERTY OWNERS: If we have updated email information on file, you will receive a log in and link on how to access your account. This will be where you access your account information, pay invoices, and register for programs, events, and room rentals.

TENANTS: Please ensure ORA has a current lease agreement on file. An outdated or expired lease may affect the status of your account or access information until updated documentation is received. Please also ensure that where applicable, a tenant transfer form has been completed and returned to the ORA.

Have any questions or concerns? Please reach out to Reception, we're happy to help!
